I'm really so sorry for all of the hulla-balloo. I just HAD to do something with the layout...it just wasn't suiting me.I hope you like this one much better. I still have a few kinks to work out though! I really just had to break out of my shell and try something new!
EDIT: Due to some comments & my lack of being able to change the width of the posting area.. now when you CLICK ON IMAGES they will pop up in pretty little windows in their original (larger) size. Hope that makes everyone happy, *cough* corfubob *cough*

New layout looks attractive but have the pictures shrunk? Or do I need new glasses?
Also, the comment doo-dad has disappeared, I had to grope around for it

Oh wait, I get where the comment thingy is now - it's that voice bubble on the top left. Silly me *blushes*
The pictures should be only a tiny bit smaller, but if you click on them you'll get full size :) I'm trying to figure out how to add the comment link at the bottom in addition to the comment bubble because I think it's a little confusing too...

Anyone thicker than me wouldn't be blogging, but
1. I stupidly thought clicking on the voting options would register my vote. Silly me The over-complex page that popped up asked me, or seemed to ask me to do the same again. These designs issue from children who like to show off all their party tricks with no thought of the needs and habits of the viewer.
2. Your wonderful content is squeezed into a narrow column so that aforementioned smart-ass 'designers' can clutter your post with as much of their essentially useless complications as possible. What the hell is the wasted space to the left FOR? So I can have the pleasure of clicking Ctrl+ to fill it up?
The nice orange bar below the header would have been nice for tabs navigating to stuff we certainly want from time to time - instead some simple-minded designer thought it would be nice to overlap this with your content column.
Do carry on trying something new Carly - you are so worth it, but give me the chance to see your images at the size YOU want them to be seen. Clicking to enlarge by 5% is such a waste of time.

I actually feel more maternal towards this tortoise than most human children I've met.
