The Sheepshead wrasse has become quite popular in the media recently after some scuba divers off the coast of Japan filmed one that they thought looked just like Shrek (video below).
And Okay I'll give it to them that there is a slight resemblance - both are scary ugly and have large protrusions on their heads.

But actually, I think the Sheepshead Wrasse resembles someone much more real. Jay Leno is the spitting image of this fish without a doubt.Did you ever play that game with your friends where you told each other what animal everyone looked like? I wonder if Jay Leno ever played and got this for an answer. Anyone who told him otherwise would just be lying. Tisk tisk friends of Jay Leno. Man up already.

They also look like the Blue Meanies from the Yellow Submarine movie. I'm not seeing any resemblance to Shrek.
