IMAX is partnering with Warner Bros. Pictures to create the documentary "Born to be Wild" which depicts orphaned baby orangutans and elephants that are given a second chance at life in the wilds of the remote rainforests of Indonesia and the vast deserts of Africa. The movie will be narrated by Morgan Freeman whose voice is sure to enhance this profoundly touching tale of the bond between humans and animals.
The film looks amazing! Check out the trailer below. The documentary is set to be released in April of 2011.

Anyone who is interested in this type of work should contact their local Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. I may not get to raise orphaned elephants or primates, but the owls, hawks, deer, squirrels, raccoons, and songbirds are just as grateful.
