Habitat: across Europe and in temperate Asia
Status: Least Concern
The Eurasian Bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula) is a pretty little bird that nests in bushes, scrub, or trees (really anything that stands over 4 meters tall and is wide will do) where it lays around 4-7 eggs during breeding season.
Nothing really fancy going on with this bird; it's simply very nice to look at. For some reason it gives me a calming feeling whenever I see photos of it. Might have something to do with that warm and comforting pinkish-orange breast. Lovely!
